How we build

Four steps, from the first visit on site to the day the work is finished. The scope is written down before the crew is scheduled.

Plan⁰¹

We meet you at the property and write the estimate from what we see.

Design & Permits⁰²

Selections, drawings, and permits are settled before the crew is scheduled.

Build⁰³

A dedicated crew builds the work. The jobsite stays clean and safe.

Deliver & Grow⁰⁴

We walk the finished work with you, close the punch list, and stay available.

Questions

  • We visit the property first. After that visit you receive a written estimate. The visit and the estimate are free. The price covers only the scope written in that document.

  • When the work requires a permit, we prepare the submission and file it with the authority having jurisdiction. Inspection dates are set by that office. We do not start permitted work before the required approval is in hand.

  • A duration is written into the proposal after we have seen the property. It depends on the scope, your selections, material lead times, and required inspections. We will not name a number of weeks before that visit.

  • Interior remodeling can continue in winter. Exterior work depends on temperature, snow, and safe access. Emergency roof calls are answered day and night when a leak is active.
