Questions

  • We visit the property first. After that visit you receive a written estimate. The visit and the estimate are free. The price covers only the scope written in that document.

  • A duration is written into the proposal after we have seen the property. It depends on the scope, your selections, material lead times, and required inspections. We will not name a number of weeks before that visit.

  • Interior remodeling can continue in winter. Exterior work depends on temperature, snow, and safe access. Emergency roof calls are answered day and night when a leak is active.

  • We document storm and water damage we can access, and we write a repair estimate and a scope narrative for your carrier to review. We are a contractor, not a public adjuster. We do not negotiate the claim.
