Angel and the team are great! They did a major 6 month remodel for us (think half the house gut renovated!) and we were very happy with how hard working, reliable and honest they were during the process. They also came in with a competitive price and a willingness to educate us as homeowners on what our options were in terms of solutions.

We visit the property first. After that visit you receive a written estimate. The visit and the estimate are free. The price covers only the scope written in that document.
When the work requires a permit, we prepare the submission and file it with the authority having jurisdiction. Inspection dates are set by that office. We do not start permitted work before the required approval is in hand.
A duration is written into the proposal after we have seen the property. It depends on the scope, your selections, material lead times, and required inspections. We will not name a number of weeks before that visit.
The payment schedule is part of the written proposal, before any work begins. Each payment is tied to a described portion of the job. We do not publish a standard deposit percentage because the schedule depends on the project.
